A custom blend of Mission, Manzanilla and Arbequina olives that are pressed within hours of harvest to ensure freshness, it is certified as “extra virgin” by the California Olive Oil Council.

Serving Suggestions:

• As a bread dipper with a crusty Italian or French bread
• Drizzle it over sautéed spinach or grilled vegetables
• Substitute for butter on potatoes and toss with fresh herbs
