Since 1897 this Sonoma tradition celebrates the Valley’s bounty, community, and local culture.
The Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival is California’s oldest festival and takes place the last full weekend of September in downtown Sonoma’s historic Plaza.
The events kick off on Friday evening inside the walls of the Barracks with the Patrons' Night Gala. Followed by a fantastic weekend that includes the famous Grape Stomp, Blessing of the Grapes, Bear Flag Revolt, Wedding of Vallejo's Daughters, the Festival Parade and of course wine, food, art and live music.
