Donation Requests
B.R. Cohn Winery is proud of our ongoing level of philanthropic efforts, and we are pleased to support a variety of charitable organizations, with particular emphasis on children's charities in our local community. However, the frequency of donation requests has forced us to implement a donation policy which does not include donations of wine.
You may submit a donation request by downloading the form below and faxing it back on your organizations letterhead. If your donation request is approved, we will be pleased to send you a Tour & Tasting certificate (good for six people) with a total value of $90. These certificates may be redeemed in our Tasting Room in Glen Ellen, California. Tours are available by appointment, schedule permitting.

The fine print:
- We require a minimum of 6 weeks notice for a request to be considered.
- Only requests made by submitting the form below will be considered.
- Due to the volume of requests, phone solicitations will not be accepted.
- If your event falls within our guidelines, we will send the tasting certificates to you in the mail shortly after approval of your request.
