at B.R. Cohn Winery
Site Fee
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
· $6,000 for up to 150 people
Monday through Thursday
· $4,500 for up to 150 people
Please inquire for parties over 150. Our site fee includes the use of our site for your ceremony and reception, an event coordinator to ensure everything is running smoothly on your special day and the time necessary to perform a ceremony rehearsal.
B.R. Cohn winery provides:
- Our own Special Events Coordinator for the rehearsal and
wedding day to ensure that things are running smoothly for
the event.
- Recommended list of caterers that you are not obligated
to. If you do choose some one other than our suggested list,
they must be licensed and must view the site prior to the
event date.
- Our wines must be used and a discount will be given at
the time of purchase
- A place for the bride to change and take photos
- Restrooms
You may bring your own sparkling wine (champagne) and beer
to the site without corkage fee.
Reservations
To reserve a date:
- One-half non-refundable deposit is required.
- The remaining balance is due six months prior to the
date of the event.
Sonoma Valley is a wonderful destination and offers many activities
for your guests to enjoy. A Pre- Invitation “Save the
Date” note, is a great way to prepare your family and
friends to hold the week-end for a wedding they will never forget.
B.R. Cohn Winery is dedicated to working with you to provide
