This distinctive vinegar showcases delightful flavors of ripe blackberries and the rich acidity of balsamic vinegar. Beginning with juice of the Trebbiano grape simmered in copper pots, it is then aged for 15 years in small oak, cherry, mulberry, chestnut and juniper barrels. The finished aged vinegar is then blended with fresh blackberry juice, resulting in a flavorful balance of sweet and sour flavors.
